I think this 4 minute video on Youtube is a great way to inaugarate our "Celebrate Bacon" blog. It epitomizes the sort of healthy eating that Americans need to return to or we risk continuing on our course of obesity.
I've been to Sodolak's Country Inn (89 miles from Austin, TX) in Snook, TX and had the six wonderful slices of chicken fried bacon with country gravy. I had a big monster steak too labeled the "extra small." I'd recommend it to anyone!
